It’s tumbleweed!
If so, this is common. And it’s something that many aesthetic clinic owners and practitioners struggle with.
Chances are though, it’s because you’re not regularly raising your prices.
Raising your prices can be scary.
But it’s not about being greedy, or just “seeing what you can get away with.”
Raising your prices is essential if you want to grow your practice to multiple 6/7-figures in turnover.
Your costs WILL go up every year.
Products… Marketing… Staff… Premises.
If you don’t reciprocate with your own services, one of two things happens:
1. You have to work harder, just to keep the same profit levels.
2. You carry on working the same, but make less.
I don’t know about you, but neither of these make me excited to get out of bed in the morning!
That’s why we raise our prices every year with their minimum to match inflation. (Which is high by the way.)
So if you’re not doing that, you WILL be seeing lower profits, you WILL have worse margins, and you WILL have to work harder, just to stay the same.
Plus, by charging more, everybody wins.
Bigger margins means you can afford to grow, expand, hire more people, and give an even better level of service to patients.
So if you’re struggling with justifying a price rise, just remember that.
