This is a special invitation, only for aesthetic clinic owners & practitioners with turnover above 100K.
From September, we have capacity to take on three new Private Clients. This is for very success-driven business owners who have a sincere ambition to at least double their turnover in the 12 months ahead.
Private Client is our highest level offering, where Adam and I effectively become your silent business partners and you have direct, unlimited access to us across the year for consulting, mentoring and support.
There is an application process and we will only take on a new Private Client if it is clear that:
1. There is a lot of untapped growth potential within your business.
2. You are seriously committed to fulfilling that potential.
3. You can easily cover the monthly investment of £995 per month.
The Private Clients we have been working with are building businesses that are not only immune to this turbulent economy but in many cases sales have hit an all-time high. It hasn’t always been easy – but with unlimited access to us, our network of key contacts and our private client community, they have taken massive action and are now reaping the rewards.

IMPORTANT NOTE: We only have capacity to take on 3 new Private Clients. This is an absolute limit as our Private Client relationships take up a considerable amount of our time. So, we are doing this in the fairest way possible. We will review applications in the order in which they are received. When the 3 places are filled, applications will close.
I can’t promise that we will be able to work with you – but I can promise that if you are accepted as a Private Client, the next 12 months will be a game changer for you and your business.

How are you different from other “business coaches, consultants and mentors?”
Adam and I have become known as the “go-to people” when it comes to growing a highly profitable aesthetic clinic in the UK.
We know the UK aesthetics industry intimately, having spent over a decade working within it.
What that means to you is that we are very focused on anything and everything that works for the aesthetic practitioner and clinic owner.
Our clients not only get to leverage our experience and expertise, but also our resources, our network of key contacts, and our private client community.
Because our focus is very narrow, what you get with us is no-nonsense, undiluted expertise on what works and what doesn’t.
We’ve simply become experts at this stuff and that’s why our private clients get great results (and we throw in a healthy dose of compassion, humour and encouragement, which ALWAYS helps!)
What type of personality do you work best with and what is expected of me?
The current size of your clinic and annual turnover is not as important as YOU — your attitude, mindset and commitment to success.
First and foremost, you need to be coachable, which means being open to the possibility that there’s something you haven’t yet learned or realised about yourself and your clinic that could be life-changing.
Second, you must be success-driven, with a serious desire to unleash your business’s untapped potential, maximise your profitability and explore new opportunities for growth.
Third, you should have an equally serious desire to create and live an exceptional life – One of self-determination and independence, prosperity and ‘first class’ style, great experiences, wonderful relationships, and significance.
And finally, you should make sure that you’re in a position where it’s comfortable for you to cover the monthly investment of £995.
For what type of professional are your programmes and services NOT suited for?
Please know we are very selective in who we work with and we cherry-pick our clients, choosing to (gently) turn away people who aren’t suited for our services and won’t get the results for which they would have signed up for. (It wouldn’t be fair to them.)
If you have little appetite for growth, financial success, hard work, continuous improvement or contribution then we gently and respectfully ask that you do not apply and we hope you understand why. We’ll probably just not work well together and we wouldn’t want you to waste your time or money.
Please also note that this opportunity is not appropriate for start-ups. This is only for businesses that are already generating over 100K in annual turnover.
Finally, when it comes to medical and injectable aesthetic treatments, we make sure to collaborate only with aesthetic clinic owners who are (or who hire) skilled practitioners with the required medical qualifications for administering these treatments.

How quickly can I expect results?
Obviously, this depends on the exact results you want to see, how long you’ve been in business and how quickly you implement the recommendations we give you.
That said, virtually all clients see results within the first couple of months in the form of new patients, more revenue, increased profitability, higher conversion of calls into bookings and more word-of-mouth referrals from patients.
How can I guarantee myself that I will get the results I want, in record time?
Implement everything we tell you, quickly and consistently.
Be totally focused and commit 100%.
Also understand that there is not a “quick fix” for everything, and it can sometimes take up to a year for you to plant all the seeds and for those seeds to grow into the fruit that you can enjoy.
All our clients who have diligently applied our advice have successfully grown their businesses, in much less time than they would have on their own AND have made more money than they’ve made doing what they do.
